Return Policy

All goods shall be subject to tolerances and variations consistent with usual trade practices regarding dimension, straightness, sections, composition and mechanical properties and normal variations in surface and internal conditions and quality and shall also be subject to deviations from tolerances and variations consistent with practical testing and inspection methods. 

Weight of individual items subject to correction at time of billing unless otherwise indicated. The weight shown on this sales order is not an actual weight but a theoretical weight with industry tolerances in accordance with usual trade practices. 

Tell Steel is not responsible for the loss or damage of material after delivery. 
 
Claims for shortages, damages or unsatisfactory merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt.

Returned material may be subject to a restocking fee.
